 e-BloodBank is a web based comprehensive blood bank management Solution covers all the activities of a standard blood bank. Osmanabad Civil Hospital is the 1st district in Maharashtra and 3rd in India where e-blood bank project Go Live operations initiated.

National Scholarships Portal

 National Scholarships Portal is one-stop solution through which various services starting from student application, application receipt, processing, sanction and disbursal of various scholarships to Students are enabled. National Scholarships Portal is taken as Mission Mode Project under National e-Governance Plan (NeGP).

Jeevan Pramaan

 Jeevan Pramaan is a biometric enabled digital service for pensioners. Pensioners of Central Government, State Government or any other Government organization can take benefit of this facility. Jeevan Pramaan uses the Aadhaar platform for biometric authentication of the pensioner. A successful authentication generates the Digital Life Certificate which gets stored in the Life Certificate Repository. The Pension Disbursing Agencies can access the certificate on-line.

Horticulture Area and Production Information System - HAPIS

 HAPIS is a web enabled information system which facilitates district wise , block wise and crop wise data entry and information retrieval of area production , quarterly new area sown and weekly area sown on the line of APY information system of Directorate of Economics & Statistics ( DES ).

National Tracking System for Missing and Vulnerable Children

 A nationwide website 'TrackChild' has been developed for tracking missing children and their ultimate repatriation and rehabilitation. Broadly TrackChild software has two modules, the information of the children, who are already covered under the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Child) Act 2000 and the Integrated Child Protection Scheme (ICPS) is to be entered in the software by the Integrated Child Protection Scheme (ICPS) functionaries including Child Welfare Committees (CWCs) & Juvenile Justice Boards (JJBs) members, and the information of the missing children being reported is to be entered and updated at the police stations. The ultimate goal of TrackChild project is to facilitate the matching of 'missing' children being reported at Police stations with those 'found' children who are residing in the Child Care Institutions (CCIs).

Aadhaar Enabled Biometric Attendance System

 As part of the “Digital India” program of Government of India, it has been decided to implement common Biometric Attendance System (BAS) in the Government Offices The proposed system would enable an employee to register attendance by simply presenting his/her biometric (finger print/Iris). This event will be authenticated online after one to one match with the bio-metric attributes stored in the UIDAI data base against the employee’s Aadhaar number.

Online NGO Proposal Tracking System

 NIC, Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment has developed an application system for NGO Grant-in- Aid monitoring system for the various schemes of the ministry through which NGO can apply online for the processing application at various level.

eMutation - National Land Records modernization Program (NLRMP)

 Entire Mutation work flow is now Computerized. The information from the Registration point (Sub Registrar office at Tehsil) is captured and transferred to Mutation Cell at Tehsil office where Digitally Signed Notice's regarding Mutation entries are generated and send back to the originating SRO office. The SRO office serves the Notices and sends them back to Tehsil Office, Village Accountant along with the Registration details.
 The Mutation process is initiated instantly as soon as Registration takes place. The mutation entry is certified by the Circle officer on completion of notice period and the ROR is updated. This has relieved the common man for waiting for the Notice to be served to him by Talathi, Going to Village for applying Mutation entry and getting his ROR updated. All types of Registered and Non Registered documents are covered under this project.

Immigration Visa and Foreigners’ Registration and Tracking (IVFRT)

 In order to Modernize and upgrade the Immigration services, “Immigration, Visa and Foreigners Registration & Tracking (IVFRT)” has been identified and included as one of the MMPs to be undertaken by the Ministry of Home Affairs under the National e-Governance Plan (NeGP).
 The core objective of this Project is to develop and implement a secure and integrated service delivery framework that facilitates legitimate travelers while strengthening security. The scope of the project includes 169 Missions, 77 ICPs (Immigration Check Posts), 5 FRROs (Foreigners Regional Registration Offices), and FROs (Foreigners Registration Offices) in the State/District Headquarters.
 The implementation of this MMP will enable authentication of traveler’s identity at the Missions, Immigration Check Posts (ICPs) and Foreigners Registration Offices (FROs) through use of intelligent document scanners and biometrics, updation of foreigner’s details at entry and exit points, improved tracking of foreigner’s through sharing of information captured during visa issuance at Missions, during immigration check at ICPs, and during registration at FRRO/ FROs .

ConfoNet (Case Monitoring System)

 The Case Monitoring System provides a single-window solution for automation of all the activities undertaken at the Consumer Forums at the National, State and District Levels. The registration of complaints, recording of court proceedings, issue of notices, generation of cause lists, recording of judgments, record-keeping and generation of statistical reports and all other court related activities are carried out through this standardized software alone. Role-based logins can be created for the different users and related services can be easily offered to them.

National Social Assistance Programme (NSAP)

 National Social Assistance Programme is a welfare programme being administered by the Ministry of Rural Development. This programme is being implemented in rural areas as well as urban areas. The programme introduced a National Policy for Social Assistance for the poor and aims at ensuring minimum national standard for social assistance in addition to the benefits that states are currently providing or might provide in future. NSAP at present, comprises of Indira Gandhi National Old Age Pension Scheme (IGNOAPS), Indira Gandhi National Widow Pension Scheme (IGNWPS), Indira Gandhi National Disability Pension Scheme (IGNDPS), National Family Benefit Scheme (NFBS) and Annapurna.

mRain- Mobile SMS base rainfall recording system

 mRain-Mobile base rainfall recording system is rain management software with a simple user interface. The System has two interfaces the web interface and the mobile interface. Using the web interface, authorize users can login into the system and record the rainfall information. Authorized users can send SMS with specific keywords to record the rainfall information using mobile interface. The rainfall is recorded in ‘mm’.


 The eSubmission Tender System of Maharashtra gives facility to government department to publish the tenders using computerized submission system and also enables the Tenderers to download the Tender Schedule free of cost and then submit the bids online through this portal.


 eAuctioning system is the process of auctioning the items electronically using internet. This facility drastically reduces the auctioning cycle time and most of the indirect costs. The objective of the eAuction system is to ensure open and fair procedures while conducting the auction of items online as required.

NDAL (National Database of Arms Licences )

 Objective of this software is maintain the centralized database of the Rrms Licences issued all over India.

Agmarknet :

 Agriculture Marketing Information System Network (AGMARKNET) - Agricultural Marketing is an area for the second generation of green revolution problems. The project aims at improving the prevailing agricultural marketing information system by minimising the gap between generation and dissemination of market information. The major components of AGMARKNET are establishment of Computing Facilities and Networking, Development of Human Resource, Information Transmission, Development of Database and Portal on Market Information

Property Card Computerization :

 As an integral part of the land records computerization the property card database of whole district has been compiled. The PR Cards in all talukas have been computerized and made available on district website . Work towards execution of project is appreciated by Dy.director,LR .

District Web site:

 The district web site http://raigad.nic.in was designed & developed by NIC, Raigad and it has gone many modifications and changes over the last couple of years.

Computerisation of BPL benefeciaries :

 The Below Poverty Line database has been generated for district Osmanabad. The project was carried out jointly by NIC & DRDA. The project execution mechanisms used for data entry & preparation of final score points were appreciated by the Dy. Secretary, DRDA. The same mechanism has been made a role model of the entire state of Maharashtra

E-Mojani :

 The e-Mojani is a complete workflow application designed to meet the functional requirements for conducting the land measurement cases. The application provides a web based solution for incorporating the procedures for maintaining the measurement records and details of land measurement cases.

ePDS :

 ePDS is online Public Distribution System for digitization of ration card data.


 The National Animal Disease Reporting System, in short NADRS, is a new Centrally Sponsored Scheme proposed for implementation during last three years of the 11th Five Year Plan with cent percent Central assistance. The reporting system will enable the Block, District and State animal health officials to report the disease information and render prescribed reports and returns via internet. The National Animal Disease Reporting System (NADRS) is link each block, district and state headquarters through computer with a central disease reporting and monitoring centre in New Delhi. A new system is being worked out for linking block, district and state for animal diseases with a nodal central agency for better monitoring and control of trans-boundary diseases.


 Computerization of the National Rural Employment Guaranty Act E-governance Project includes training to the users, Monitoring of the web based data entry for the job cards, Labor registration forms, Coordination and monitoring the entire MIS work of the NREGA executed through BOT, providing technical support, technical consultation to the district administration in configuring the internet connectivity and resolving other technical aspects for keeping smooth operations of the online data entry through the url .

Agri Census

 Complete computerized Census will be prepared from the land record database available with the Maharashtra government.


 Every department of Government has a need to collect the information about status of projects from filed offices through various formats. With a view to provide speedy format preparation and online collection of information and its management, NIC, Mumbai has developed this package which is implemented on NICNET as an G2G package.


 To facilitate better financial management of Panchayati Raj Institutions (PRIs) by bringing about transparency and accountability in the maintenance of accounts thereby leading to better credibility and ultimately strengthening of PRIs


 Under the NEGP program of GOI, NIC district centre is playing vital role in implementation of e-court system, establishment of Video conference system, LAN in court premise, uploading of data, arrangement etc. NIC district centre coordinated the networking issues and given full pledged technical support.

RTO Office Project

 Since from inception of this citizen centric project, NIC is giving full technical support since from the site preparation to implementation of software VAHAN & SARATHI at every RTO office.

e-Lokshahi (Intranet Software) :

 Lokshahi is the concept of reaching governance to the door step of citizen for day-to-day resolution of the grievances of the citizen. e-Lokshahi is intranet based software developed by NIC Osmanabad for easy & convenient monitoring of the grievances cases of the citizens. This software provided ease search facility of record on one click. Also generate the various reports for monitoring of pendency of cases.

KIOSK Interface

 This facility has been provided at Collector Office for the citizens to provide useful public information. The software is developed by National Informatics Centre, Osmanabad. Through this facility citizens can get information about list of benefits of Sanjay Gandhi Yojana, Shravan Bal Yojana, Indira Gandhi Yojana, Tel. nos. of All Revenue officers., Dist. Website, Status of ROR cases in the court of Addl. Collector, 7-12 of all talukas in Osmanabad district.

FEAST Module (Supply Allocation Order Generation)

 FEAST is Food & Essential-commodities Assurance & Security Target. FEAST Application facilitate the scheme wise allocation of various commodity under PDS. The process flow starts from the allocation of commodity from central level to State level and then to district level, Tehsil level and finally up to FPS level.

Record Management Software (RMS)

 The Collectorate of Osmanabad has taken up an initiative to digitise all the files in the Collectorate office which may be stored and managed using a software application. The aim is to reduce the time taken to search a file as well as the space to store the physical files. This also mitigates the risk of loss of a file in the collector office. The project shall also be very helpful in implementing e-Office in the collectorate office as most of the files are already digitized.

Sand Mining approval and Tracking System (SMATS):

 Government has decided to use mobile phone-based system -- Sand Mining Approval and Tracking System (SMATS). The revenue department had introduced bar coded transit passes for trucks carrying sand, to check illegal mining of sand. Each sand mining ghat contractor must register three mobile numbers with the district collectorate. The contractor will SMS the volume of sand being carried in a particular truck, its registration number, the name or number of the sand ghat, the starting point and destination of the truck, the distance between these two etc. The mobile through which the SMS has been sent will receive a token number.
